Applicants are advised not to use travel agencies or any third party to book visa appointments.

Appointments are intended for individual applicants only and must be booked directly through the official BLS appointment system using accurate and genuine applicant information. If it is established that false or misleading information has been provided during the booking process, the appointment will be cancelled. The applicant's information will be verified upon arrival at the Information Desk.

The Embassy of Hungary reserves the right to cancel any appointment found to have been booked through a travel agency, an unauthorized third party, or using false applicant data. In such cases, the appointment/service fee will be non-refundable.

Attention: We strongly inform our clients that the BLS does not accept visa applications within 15 days prior to travel. If you need to travel to Hungary for urgent matters, please contact the Consular Section of the Hungarian Embassy.

Booking appointment is Free of Charge

Dear applicant, Please note that BLS Service fee (54 Manat) will have to be paid online in advance to book / confirm the appointment. The payment made for booking appointment is non-refundable. Fees paid for any additional value added services at the time of booking the appointment, will be Non-refundable in the event of No-show or Cancellation of the appointment.

In response to evolving market demands and to enhance our technical infrastructure, we have introduced a new appointment system that ensures a smooth and independent booking process. Applicants must book their own appointments directly, without the involvement of third parties
