Applicants are advised not to use travel agencies or any third party to book visa appointments.

Appointments are intended for individual applicants only and must be booked directly through the official BLS appointment system using accurate and genuine applicant information. If it is established that false or misleading information has been provided during the booking process, the appointment will be cancelled. The applicant's information will be verified upon arrival at the Information Desk.

The Embassy of Hungary reserves the right to cancel any appointment found to have been booked through a travel agency, an unauthorized third party, or using false applicant data. In such cases, the appointment/service fee will be non-refundable.

Attention: We strongly inform our clients that the BLS does not accept visa applications within 15 days prior to travel. If you need to travel to Hungary for urgent matters, please contact the Consular Section of the Hungarian Embassy.

Hörmətli ərizəçi, bildiririk ki, görüş vaxtını təyin etmək / təsdiq etmək üçün BLS xidmət haqqı (54 manat) öncədən online şəkildə ödənilməlidir. Görüş vaxtının təyin edilməsi üçün edilmiş ödəniş geri qaytarılmır. Görüş vaxtının təyin edilməsi zamanı hər hansı əlavə dəyər əlavə edilmiş xidmətlər üçün ödənilən haqlar Görüş vaxtında gəlməmə və ya Görüşün təxirə salınması halında geri qaytarılmayacaqdır.

Artan bazar tələblərinə cavab vermək və texniki infrastrukturumuzu yaxşılaşdırmaq üçün biz rahat və müstəqil görüş vaxtının təyin edilməsi prosesini təmin edən yeni təyinat sistemini təqdim edirik. Müraciət edən şəxslər üçüncü tərəf və ya vasitəçiləri cəlb etmədən birbaşa olaraq öz görüşlərini təyin edə bilərlər.
