Applicants are advised not to use travel agencies or any third party to book visa appointments.
Appointments are intended for individual applicants only and must be booked directly through the official BLS appointment system using accurate and genuine applicant information. If it is established that false or misleading information has been provided during the booking process, the appointment will be cancelled. The applicant's information will be verified upon arrival at the Information Desk.
The Embassy of Hungary reserves the right to cancel any appointment found to have been booked through a travel agency, an unauthorized third party, or using false applicant data. In such cases, the appointment/service fee will be non-refundable.
